Painful Periods What's The Cause? What's The Cure?




The graphics in the above pic, is attempting to give a visual of what you may be going thru at this time of the month. At this time of the month, your world is filled with turmoil, pain and maybe a state of confusion.
Some us of may pose a question to ourselves as to "why me...Lord"?. Others ask why isn't the medicine working yet? And others are just in the state of "why"?
To answer these questions as to why, you really should be asking.  What?   Most times what causes us as women to have problems with our bodies when it comes to our cycle, is what we eat. If your diet is filled with meat, smoking, drinking, and just an all out bad eating habit, this will cause you to cramp beyond all comprehension.   Having a healthy diet and proper stretching exercise will help to elevate this painful time of the month for most.   It is up to us to become in tune with our bodies to find out what's wrong, and what's right. Also, it is up to us to study food and herbs to find out what works with our bodies to help us when we get ill. We should study any diet program and understand the program before we depend solely on what someone tells us about our bodies, and the foods that we put into our bodies.   The reason why, is because most diet programs are solely out for money, without any satisfying results.   We have a responsibility to ourseleves and to our family to know food and how food effects our body.   We should know what foods to eat and what foods not to eat.   I know of a very good book entitled, How To Eat To Live by The Honorable Elijah Muhammad.   This book gives good background on different foods that we should study, and learn about before we consume certain foods.   I have read and studied this book and have developed a weight loss program that works.   My health has improved and I am happier, and healthier for it.  For I myself use to cramp.   I would cramp so bad that my mouth would water.   But once I read this book and applied it to my life and eating habits, I no longer suffer with cramps.   Life is inifinet, and we should always be in the state of learning for the benefit of living a long healthy, and productive life.   But we have been steerd away from this knowledge.   Our grandmother and great grandmother had this knowledge.   Why don't we? Look at it like this.   If we had this knowledge they could not make money and live well off of our lack of knowledge.   Now, I just touched a little on the cause.   Let's talk a little bit about the cure.

The cure is knowledge that has been closed down to us. But with the help of God, I want to make this unknown world accessable again. The lack of knowledge causes a dimise of a people. So, every day that God let us awake and see, we should be on the quest for knowledge. In order to get something that is out of control in order. We must obtain a knowledge that we do not have to get it back in order. And that is to go, all the way back to the drawing board with what you eat. You must take all out of your diet except for the food that is natural which includes, fruits, good vegetables, edible beans, good bread, water, herbs, and stretching. When the above mentioned is applied in your life, your cramps will leave.

Now to talk about an herbal remedy. There is an herb by the name Saw Plametto that works very well for menstrual cramps. It is very soothing to the body and relaxes the womb and eases the cramps. This is very good for young girls who may not eat the proper diet when mom or dad is not around. Buy Saw Palmetto in bulk form and make a nice cup of tea with a squeez of lemon, orange or plain. I prepared mine plain. Remember simple is always better.
